Your store handles the billing
We never touch your card. Subscriptions live in your Apple or Google account — cancel there anytime, keep access until the period ends.
On iPhone
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CueSpace → Cancel. Two taps, done. Or manage it right inside the app's Subscription screen.
On Android
Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → CueSpace → Cancel. Same deal — quick, honest, no retention maze.
Pricing questions
What happens when my trial ends?
The plan you picked starts billing. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing — we'll send a cue on day 5 so it never sneaks up on you.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, anytime, from the Subscription screen in the app. The store prorates the change for you.
What happens to my cues if I cancel?
Nothing scary. You keep full access until your paid period ends, and your data stays safe if you come back.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds go through Apple or Google since they handle billing — both have simple request flows, and we're happy to point you there from support.
