Terms of Service

These terms keep things clear between you and CueSpace. The plain-English summaries aren't a substitute for the full text, but we've kept the full text short and honest.

1. 1. Accepting these terms

   By creating an account or using CueSpace on iPhone or Android, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. 2. What CueSpace is

   CueSpace is a reminders app: you create cues and we deliver them as notifications at the times you set. We work hard to deliver cues reliably, but delivery ultimately depends on your device — Do Not Disturb, focus modes, battery savers, and notification permissions can all delay or block notifications. Don't rely on CueSpace as your only safeguard for anything safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial.

3. 3. Your account

   You need an account so your cues can sync and survive a lost phone. Keep your password safe and your email current — password resets go there. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use CueSpace.

4. 4. Subscriptions & billing

   CueSpace has a Free plan and CueSpace Pro ($19.99/year or $1.99/month, prices may vary by region). Pro starts with a 7-day free trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, the plan you picked begins billing. All payments are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play — we never see or store your card details. Cancel anytime in your store settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by the stores under their policies.

5. 5. Your content

   Your cues, spaces, and history are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service — syncing between your devices, delivering notifications, and showing your history back to you. Nothing else.

6. 6. Fair use

   Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no using it for anything illegal, and no reselling access. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

7. 7. Ending things

   You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Account → Delete account. That permanently removes your account and all your data within 30 days. Remember to also cancel any subscription in your store settings — deleting the app or account doesn't cancel billing.

8. 8. Disclaimers & liability

   CueSpace is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. 9. Changes to these terms

   If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use CueSpace after that means you accept the updated terms.
